About Role

The Senior Associate / Associate Lead – Workplace Design serves as the design lead for assigned projects, combining hands-on design involvement with solid team leadership.

In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of designers, maintain high design standards from concept development through documentation and on-site execution, and act as the senior design authority for the project.



You will represent and articulate the team’s creative vision in client interactions, guiding day-to-day discussions with confidence, clarity, and strategic perspective.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership on Projects
- Set the design direction on assigned projects and hold it through value engineering, procurement, and site realities.
- Own the decisions on space planning, material palettes, and detailing where priorities compete, and explain the rationale to clients and internal teams.
- Help shape the studio's design standards through the quality of work and the rigour of the reviews you run.

Client Leadership
- Act as the senior design counterpart in day-to-day client interactions — understanding their business goals, workplace strategy, and cultural ambitions, and translating them into a spatial vision.
