Job Description
Position Summary
The Assistant Manager - AR Operations supervises Accounts Receivable activities supporting container terminal operations within a ports, maritime, shipping, and logistics finance workplace.



The role oversees terminal billing, collections, AR aging, cash application, revenue capture, reconciliations, and month-end close activities while ensuring SLA adherence, financial controls, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
The incumbent is responsible for understanding how operational transactions captured in Navis N4 translate into billing, revenue recognition, cash application, accounting entries, and financial reporting within OASYS
