Job Description:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in India by developing recent business and managing key relationships in the market, working both directly and through Trackman's network of authorized resellers. This role combines channel management, market development, and hands-on customer engagement. Fluency in English and Hindi, along with a passion for golf and technology, is essential for success in this role. The role reports to the Sales Director, Southeast Asia & South Asia.
Responsibilities include:
Development and continuous improvement of your territory's sales strategies.
Onboard, enable and manage Trackman's authorized resellers in India — including target setting, joint pipeline reviews,



and periodic performance evaluation against agreed criteria.
Find, plan and deliver product demonstrations to teaching pros, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, and other client segments on a continuous basis.
Generate leads leveraging all communication channels including cold calling, workshops, and social media activities.
Demand generation through cooperation with the Indian Golf Union, PGTI, WGAI, the local PGA and other golf organizations.
Product demonstrations to golf courses, teaching Pros, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, indoor facilities, driving ranges, golf academies, hospitality or real-estate developers building golf amenities and other golf client segments.
Develop and oversee local installation and after-sales service capability, ensuring resellers meet Trackman's service and response standards.
Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service.
