Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with solid expertise in cloud-native application development, microservices architecture, and AWS technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise applications using Java and/or Python. This role requires strong technical leadership, problem-solving ability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and/or Python and their associated frameworks.
Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions leveraging AWS cloud services.
Design and develop Event-Driven Architectures (EDA) using AWS services such as SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Kafka, or equivalent messaging platforms.
Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AWS EKS).
Implement cloud-native security best practices including:
IAM Roles and Policies




Secrets Management
Encryption at Rest and Transit
Network Security Controls
Secure API Design
Vulnerability Management
Develop and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Perform database query tuning, performance optimization, indexing strategies, and capacity planning.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and cloud resource management using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other DevOps tools.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Ensure high standards of code quality through code reviews, testing, and engineering best practices.
