Job Title: Brand Manager
Location: Remote (occasional in-person presence required for shoots)

About the Role
We're looking for a Brand Manager to lead the strategic development and day-to-day management of client brands across social media platforms. You'll be the connective tissue between client goals, creative execution, and platform performance — ensuring every piece of content reinforces a cohesive brand identity while driving measurable engagement and growth. You'll independently manage a portfolio of 6–8 brands at a time.
Key Responsibilities
Own brand strategy and voice guidelines for 6–8 client accounts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
Translate client business objectives into social-first brand narratives and content pillars
Partner with Paid media teams to ensure consistent brand execution across all touchpoints
Lead client relationships: run strategy calls, present campaign results, and manage expectations
Monitor brand health, sentiment,



and competitive landscape; adjust strategy based on insights
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, tone-of-voice documents, and content frameworks for each account
Design, review, and approve content calendars, captions, and creative assets for brand alignment
Create or refine visual assets using Canva (or similar tools) when quick turnarounds are needed
Edit Reels
Track KPIs (engagement, follower growth, share of voice, sentiment) and report on brand performance
Identify growth opportunities, campaign ideas, and platform trends relevant to client brands
Attend and coordinate on-ground brand/content shoots as needed (occasional travel required)
Mentor junior social media/content coordinators where applicable
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in brand management, social media strategy, or marketing (agency experience preferred)
Proven track record managing brand identity across multiple social platforms simultaneously
