About Company The company operates in the power electronics and railway transportation equipment industry, designing and manufacturing advanced electrical solutions for industrial and infrastructure applications.

The GM – Finance & Accounts will be responsible for managing the complete finance and accounts function of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The role will oversee financial accounting, consolidation, taxation, corporate finance, forex risk management, and support strategic financial decision-making across Indian and international operations.
Financial Accounting & Finalization
• Handle complete accounts independently, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
• Finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and IFRS
• Manage consolidation of Indian and foreign subsidiaries, including step-down subsidiaries
• Lead statutory, internal, tax, cost, and other audits
• Oversee direct and indirect taxation, including income tax, GST, transfer pricing, and international taxation




• Ensure timely filing of returns, assessments, and resolution of tax matters
• Liaise with tax consultants and authorities as required
Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and fund utilization
• Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Costing & Inventory Accounting
• Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, and margin analysis
• Ensure solid controls over inventory accounting and reconciliation
• Support management with cost optimization and variance analysis
Financial Planning & Management Reporting
• Prepare MIS, financial analysis, and management reports
• Support strategic decision-making with accurate financial insights
• Work closely with business heads to improve financial performance
Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
• Experience:
• CA with 15–20 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a listed manufacturing / engineering /
