DNA Growth is a leading professional services and outsourcing firm serving clients across the United States and other global markets. As part of our expanding Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) practice, we are looking for a US Voice & Accent Specialist to support leading US Personal Injury Law Firms.
The role requires someone with a strong legal background and an excellent, explicit American accent, who can confidently communicate with US-based clients and manage cases throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned US Personal Injury cases throughout the case lifecycle.
Act as a primary point of contact for US-based clients.
Conduct client intake, follow-ups, case updates and regular communication.
Collect,
organize and maintain case-related documents and information.
Coordinate with clients, healthcare providers and insurance companies.
Track case deadlines, pending documentation, reminders and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate case information in legal case management software.
Assist with settlement, demand and other case-related documentation.
Handle client concerns professionally and de-escalate difficult conversations.
Escalate legal matters to supervising attorneys when required.
Maintain strict confidentiality and follow client-specific processes and procedures.
Required Qualifications
Excellent American accent – MANDATORY. (British/Canadian accent can also work)
Strong spoken and written English with clear and confident communication.
Law graduate / legal background preferred.
Experience in US Legal Process, LPO, Personal Injury, Legal Case Management or related legal operations preferred but not compulsory.
