- 15+ years' experience in full stack development
- Robust expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core / C#
- Hands-on experience with Blazor (Server & WebAssembly)
- Build scalable, secure web applications and REST APIs
- Design and implement microservices architecture
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, SQL, Storage)
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server & Entity Framework Core
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Lead system design, architecture, and technical decisions
- Perform code reviews and enforce best practices
- Mentor and guide development teams
- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting
