Qualifications:
- Cloud Engineer with 3.5 years of experience in managing and supporting cloud infrastructure and API management platforms
- Proven expertise in AWS, Azure, and Apigee X
- Hands-on experience in cloud resource provisioning, API deployment, governance,



and security compliance
- Skilled in providing customer support via ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
- Experience in handling Incidents, Problem Management, and Change Management
- Collaborates with backend teams to resolve complex functionality issues
