Job Description for Sr. Project Manager Role

Experience – 10-12 Years

Location – Mumbai

Role

· Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools

· Facilitate conversations between technical teams, stakeholders, Developers / testing teams, finance, vendor management, customers, and subject matter experts (SMEs)

· Ensures adequate requirements are gathered to establish the project charter and related project deliverables based on the project methodology

· Responsible for developing project plans and related project deliverables based on the project methodology

· Work closely with Technical teams, BA, Business Subject Matter Expert(s) in the resource capacity planning, definition, testing, training, implementation, support of functional requirements, and project delivery

· Knows how to balance the business and technical partnerships to establish and sustain project timelines, priorities, and scope.

· In general, the role will include the creation/revision of project delivery artifacts and extensive





· Ability to lead and manage large complex strategic/Tech refresh/Audit findings IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity projects

· Ability to thoroughly understand the business issues surrounding each project

· Ability to act as the teams primary interface between IT and the business sectors

· Ability to manage project issues and conflicts and deliver projects within scope

· Ability to deliver quality solutions to customers and develop process improvements where applicable

· Documenting All Project Activities

· Tracking Projects as per planned timelines

· Complete project documentation Project Kick off Deck, Build Project Plan, Host Project review meetings with CXO

· Skilled and informative project reporting
