Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Applications & Sales Marketing Manager to drive digital transformation across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Connected Vehicle applications. The role will be responsible for managing business applications, digital platforms, CRM systems, mobile applications, dealer management integrations, and connected car solutions to enhance customer engagement and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support IT applications related to Sales, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Dealer Management Systems (DMS), and Customer Experience Platforms.
- Lead implementation and enhancement of Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP CX/C4C, or similar customer-facing applications.
- Drive digital initiatives includingConnected Car Platforms, Mobile App Integration, Customer Portals, and Loyalty Programs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Dealer Network, After-Sales, and Digital teams to gather business requirements.




- Manage integration between CRM, DMS, ERP (SAP), Telematics, Connected Vehicle, and Marketing Automation platforms.
- Support digital marketing technologies including MarTech platforms, Campaign Management, Customer Analytics, and Lead Management Systems.
- Ensure application availability, performance, security, and vendor management.
- Lead project implementation, enhancements, testing, user training, and change management initiatives.
- Develop dashboards and reports for sales effectiveness, customer insights, and marketing performance.
