Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between clients, Implementation team, Analytics team, and associates.
- Lead consumer analytics and market research to build actionable insights for the business.
- Analyze data using tools such as Gainsight and Qlik Sense Analytics.
- Manage a team of energetic young analytics professionals to mitigate risks.
- Interact with various departments such as underwriting, sales, marketing, product, operations, and collections teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Proficient in Google Analytics 360, Data mapping, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills with a background in analytics.
- Experience in financial modeling, forecasting,
and deep-dive analytics.
- Familiarity with SQL, R, SAS, Python, and statistical analysis.
- At least 2-6 years of experience in a similar analytics role.
- Prior experience in leading strategic business research consulting projects is a plus.
