Your role:
The role will focus on building a robust and scalable lending process audit framework across:
1. Process & Control Audit




Design and execute risk-based audits across the lending lifecycle to identify control gaps, process deviations, operational risks, and potential leakage.
2. Lending & Partner Operations
Audit internal and partner-led processes across sourcing, onboarding, KYC, documentation, disbursement, servicing, and collections.
3. Risk & Compliance
Identify gaps against internal policies, regulatory requirements, partner SLAs, customer protection standards, and approved operating processes.
4. Data & Analytics-led Audit
Use data analytics, sampling, exception reporting, automation, and technology to move beyond manual transaction testing and identify systemic issues.
5. Process Improvement
Work with business, product, technology, risk, and operations teams to drive RCA, corrective actions, and sustainable process improvements.
