About The Job:
- Application Design and Development.
- ServiceNow Developers design, build, and implement current applications and modules on the platform.
- Customize applications to meet specific business needs.
- Create and configure workflows, forms, scripts, and user interfaces.
- Experience with SPM including Demand, Projects, Strategic Planning, Portfolio Management, Financial Management and Resource Management is a plus.
Essential Job Functions:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications for ServiceNow solutions.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities through automation.
- System Integration.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and third-party applications.
- Ensure seamless data flow and functionality across platforms.
- Data Maintenance and Integration.
- Support data management activities and ensure system reliability and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
- Understanding of application development lifecycle and integration patterns.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions.
