nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a hands-on Electronics Hardware Engineer to help build the electronic core of India's first electric refrigeration units for cold logistics. You'll own hardware from architecture to production - microcontrollers, power electronics, sensors, batteries, and communication systems - designed to survive the harshest, most demanding conditions on the road.

nKey Responsibilities

- n




- Design and architect electronic systems spanning microcontrollers, power electronics, sensors, batteries, IoT devices, and HMIs.n
- Make the core architecture calls, microcontroller selection, power supply design, PCB layout, signal integrity, communication protocols, EMC/EMI handling, and protection circuitry.n
- Build hardware for power distribution, sensing, actuator interfacing, and control systems that meet strict reliability and safety bars.n
- Work closely with Embedded Software, Controls, and Refrigeration teams to turn product behavior into hardware reality.n
- Take ownership from requirements capture through schematic design, using tools like Altium Designer.n
- Prototype, test, debug, and refine hardware through multiple iterations.n
- Lead the transition from working prototype to scaled, manufacturable production.n
