About the Role:
By 2028, Indian streetwear is global news. Homegrown brands are scaling fast, marketplace volumes are exploding — and this role sits right at the center of that growth.
We’re building one of India’s most vibrant streetwear marketplaces, and we’re looking for a Category Manager - Menswear(Streetwear) to design and drive the commerce engine behind it.
This is a hands-on, ownership-heavy role where strategy meets execution. You’ll turn brand hype into real revenue, build long-term partnerships, and create systems that scale across online, offline, and collaborations.

Key Responsibility Areas:
Own the end-to-end P&L; and growth of the category across marketplace and retail
Develop and execute the category strategy, annual plans, revenue targets, and growth roadmap
Build and manage a strong portfolio of brands, partners, and strategic relationships
Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and onboard high-potential brands and products




Own the category assortment strategy — what we sell, how much we buy, pricing, depth, and timing
Drive revenue, gross margins, sell-through, inventory turns, and overall category profitability
Use sales, customer, product, and market data to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and emerging consumer behaviours
Lead negotiations around commercial terms, commissions, pricing, margins, exclusives, launches, and promotional structures
Build strategies around current launches, exclusive drops, collaborations, seasonal collections, and category-defining moments
Continuously optimise the assortment based on consumer demand, product performance, inventory health, and market trends
Identify underperforming products and take decisive action through markdowns, liquidation, replenishment, or assortment rationalisation
Partner with marketing and content teams to create category-led campaigns and commercial growth moments
