THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a driven and technically grounded Business Orchestration & Automation SME to join our team. In this mid-level role, you will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams — translating operational challenges into scalable automation solutions. You will design, implement, and optimize end-to-end process workflows using contemporary BPM, RPA, and integration platforms to drive measurable efficiency and business value.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
- 6+ years of experience in AI orchestration, enterprise automation, or workflow design.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Process Analysis & Design
- Conduct process discovery workshops with business stakeholders to identify automation and orchestration opportunities
- Model current-state and future-state workflows using BPMN 2.0 and DMN notation
- Perform process mining and value stream analysis to quantify improvement potential (time, cost, error rate)
- Author detailed process design documents, business requirements, and functional specifications
- Automation & Orchestration Development
- Design, build, test, and deploy automated workflows using at least one RPA tool.
- Hands-on Experience with a BPM/orchestration platform
- BPMN 2.0 process modeling — able to model and review complex workflows independently
- Integrate disparate enterprise systems via APIs, middleware, or iPaaS platforms
- Implement event-driven and human-in-the-loop workflow patterns to handle exceptions and escalations
- Ensure automation solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data governance standards
