Are you passionate about cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and building highly reliable platforms?We're looking for an experienced and driven Cloud Engineer II to join our SRE team at TraceLink, the world's largest Agentic Business Network for life sciences and healthcare.
In this role, you'll work with a global engineering team to build and improve the architecture behind TraceLink's global platform, with a robust focus on availability, scalability, observability, performance, and cost optimization.

What you'll work on:
☁️ Design, build, and continuously improve cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.
⚙️ Build and optimize Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform based platforms.
? Diagnose system and container performance issues and proactively identify bottlenecks.
? Gather and analyze metrics to improve performance, reliability, and fault detection.
? Develop tools and automation using Python and Shell to reduce operational toil.
?️ Implement monitoring and proactive mechanisms to improve service availability and reliability.




? Optimize AWS resource utilization and help deliver cost-effective cloud services.
? Collaborate closely with engineering teams in a global, Agile environment.

What we're looking for:
✔️ 3+ years of experience in SRE / Cloud Engineering with increasing responsibility.
✔️ Strong understanding of cloud deployment and management in multi-cloud environments.
✔️ Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm.
✔️ Experience diagnosing and optimizing container and system performance.
✔️ Strong AWS skills, including cost optimization.
✔️ Hands-on experience with Python and/or Shell scripting.
✔️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
✔️ Experience with mature engineering practices around source control, security, and deployment.
