We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Executive – Sales & Marketing to drive customer acquisition, develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to the company's business growth.
The role will focus on B2B business development across the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, herbal, and healthcare sectors, with responsibility for identifying prospects, generating qualified leads, developing customer relationships, and converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent B2B business opportunities across target markets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and sales opportunities.
Research target companies, decision-makers, market opportunities, and industry trends.
Generate leads through direct outreach, calls, email,



digital channels, industry databases, exhibitions, and networking.
Understand customer requirements, including product specifications, volumes, commercial requirements, and timelines.
Present GELIKAPS products and capabilities to prospective customers.
Coordinate customer inquiries, samples, quotations, commercial proposals, and follow-ups.
Manage opportunities through the sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and order conversion.
Develop and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies, distributors, and other B2B customers.
Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Planning, Dispatch, and Accounts to support customer requirements and order execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer requirements.
Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events as required.
