The club is dedicated to raising fitness and health awareness across Surat and offering expert, advanced training in sports and swimming. Role Description This full-time, on-site Group Fitness Instructor role is based at ONEIROS The Sports Club in Surat. The instructor will design and lead safe, engaging group exercise classes across various formats,



including functional training, aerobic workouts, and yoga-inspired sessions as applicable. Daily responsibilities include preparing class plans, demonstrating proper technique, monitoring participant performance, and adjusting exercises for different fitness levels. The role involves welcoming and guiding members, answering questions, promoting club programs, and supporting personal training and sports initiatives when needed. The instructor will also help maintain a clean, secure workout environment, uphold club policies, and collaborate with other staff to support events, workshops, and wellness campaigns.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction to safely lead diverse classes and motivate participants.
