About the Role

Marketing Blue Ocean is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive who understands how to generate opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, manage a sales pipeline, and convert conversations into business.
This is not a basic telecalling or lead-generation-only position.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete business development cycle — from identifying potential clients and initiating conversations to understanding requirements, coordinating proposals, following up consistently, negotiating, and helping close deals.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment where multiple services, industries, clients, and opportunities are handled simultaneously.




Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and research potential clients across relevant industries.
Generate qualified business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, referrals, databases, and other channels.
Build and continuously maintain a strong prospect pipeline.
Identify key decision-makers such as founders, marketing heads, brand managers, business heads, and senior management.
Research businesses before outreach to understand their brand, challenges, current marketing presence, and potential requirements.
Client Outreach & Communication

Reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, WhatsApp, networking, and other appropriate channels.
Write skilled and personalized outreach messages rather than relying entirely on generic templates.
