The role is a core member of the Agile delivery team responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting
end‐to‐end features for an enterprise conversational AI platform . Deliver highly complex enterprise
conversational AI solutions while assuming end-to-end technical and delivery accountability
· Designing enterprise solutions for an conversation AI based messaging platform, aligning with
various stakeholders and defining the application architecture
· Own end-to-end solution design, including conversational flows, integrations, security,
scalability, resiliency, and performance.
· Provide hands-on development and code reviews across backend, integration, and cloud
components.
· Guide teams on best practices for conversational AI, NLU design, error handling, monitoring,
and continuous improvement.
· Act as Lead across one or more Scrum teams, influencing delivery outcomes.
· Partner closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality, deliverable user stories. ·
