Role Description The Performance Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display to drive lead generation and revenue growth. Daily activities include managing paid advertising budgets, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data,



and preparing performance reports with clear recommendations. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals, develop A/B testing strategies, refine audience targeting, and continuously improve return on ad spend.
