Essential Job Functions:
- He/She should be proactive in driving development standards, new flow designs, and security best practices.
- Lead the development of new user-facing features and enterprise-scale applications.
- Build reusable code and frameworks for future use across projects.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clients, stakeholders, UX/UI teams, and DevOps.
- Play a vital role in leading development teams, code reviews, testing, release planning, and deployment.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality guidelines, and best practices.
- Drive CI/CD practices to enable faster and efficient delivery cycles.




- Work on integration of Drupal with APIs, third-party platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
- Ensure implementation of security, compliance, and accessibility standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives

Qualifications:
- Having robust hands-on experience in Drupal implementations including architecture, custom development, and integrations with third-party applications.
- Contributing across the full development lifecycle including estimations, technical design, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- The candidate should be a strong technical leader and team player, working closely with designers, architects, developers, testers, and clients.
