Job Description
Role Summary
The Engagement Extensions & Renewals Specialist is responsible for proactively managing the review and approval process for engagement extensions across the organization. This includes both standalone project extensions and contract renewals associated with large or complex embedded deals. The role ensures timely execution, contractual compliance, and seamless continuation of services by coordinating closely with Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and other relevant teams.
This position plays a critical role in preventing service disruptions, maintaining accurate contract governance, and supporting long-term customer relationships.
