Job Summary:
This role involves driving the development of cutting-edge billing and licensing solutions for customer experience platforms, focusing on data analytics and go-to-market alignment. You will be instrumental in identifying market gaps, analyzing competitive landscapes, and defining strategic enhancements for feature measurement. The ultimate aim is to deliver robust solutions that provide customers with clear billing, detailed usage metrics, and simplified license management to improve customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance billing and licensing capabilities with data analytics.
- Analyze competitive offerings and market trends to inform product strategy.
- Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams on product development.




- Partner with go-to-market teams to drive product adoption.

Must-Have Skills:
- Product management experience (2-5 years)
- Understanding of customer experience licensing and billing
- Experience managing provision and licensing functions

Industry Experience:

Experience in the contact center or customer experience industry is preferred, with a solid understanding of their associated licensing and billing models.
