About The Job:
- We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst with strong experience in retail banking and lending domains to work on client-facing banking transformation and digital initiatives.
- This role involves working with global banking clients to gather requirements, define functional solutions, and support delivery across digital banking, core banking, and lending platforms. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams in an Agile delivery setting.

Essential Job Functions:
- Engage with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications including BRD, FRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria.




- Define end-to-end functional workflows, process maps, and business rules.
- Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned with client expectations.
- Work on retail banking products such as current accounts, savings accounts, deposits, cards, and digital banking channels.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure accurate solution implementation.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect triaging.
- Participate in issue analysis, impact assessment, and resolution tracking.
- Validate solutions against business requirements and regulatory expectations.
- Act as a liaison between client business users, product owners, operations teams, and internal IT teams.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, clarification sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
- Support coordination across distributed teams and multiple stakeholder
