About The Job:




- The OCM and cutover Lead position will focus on leading the people-side of an S/4HANA transition to ensure successful user adoption and business transformation including managing the cutover for the transformation.

Essential Job Functions:

OCM strategy:
- Develop and execute the end-to-end organizational change management strategy for the S/4HANA implementation.

Change impact and readiness:
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, business process impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to understand and prepare the organization for change.
- Strategies training plans, frameworks and work with training leaders to execute the trainings.

Communication:
- Design and deliver comprehensive communication plans and materials to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Stakeholder engagement:
- Partner with business leaders and users to build support, address resistance, and foster adoption throughout the transition.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams to align change activities with
