Role Overview
We are looking for a HR Manager to manage operations, employee engagement, recruitment, payroll, and day-to-day organisational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, attendance, leave, documentation, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, team-building initiatives, and internal celebrations to build a positive work culture.
Regularly interact with employees to understand concerns, gather feedback, and improve the overall employee experience.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR concerns effectively.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
Handle hiring for various roles, with experience in influencer marketing, digital, media, or agency hiring preferred.
Manage monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance team for accurate and timely payroll processing.
Maintain employee records, HR reports, trackers, and documentation.
Manage HR processes, employee data, attendance, and leave using Zoho People / Zoho software.
Handle day-to-day HR and office operations, including vendor coordination and internal team coordination.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and HR guidelines.
Support HR compliance and other administrative requirements as required.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR / HR Operations / Generalist HR.
Experience in an agency environment, preferably influencer marketing, digital, media, or advertising.
Strong understanding of recruitment, employee management, payroll, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Solid working knowledge of Google Sheets and Zoho software.
