Position
Healthcare Coach – Nagamese Language Expert
Location: Mumbai
Salary/Professional Charges: Negotiable
Languages: Nagamese & English – proficiency in both is mandatory
Availability: Immediate / As per project requirement
Key Responsibilities
• Provide patients with psychosocial support to help them cope with chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses.
• Communicate with patients after discharge to understand their health status and provide appropriate support and counselling.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Understand patients’ medical needs and effectively coordinate them with hospitals.
• Handle patient queries and provide responses based on predefined FAQs.
• Counsel patients who have been advised to undergo surgery regarding expected health outcomes and hospital services.
• Collect relevant health-record data from consenting patients.




• Enrol recent patients into the system when they contact the service.
• Participate in regular feedback sessions, project-related training, and on-the-job training.
• Ensure proper and secure management of patient information.
