We're currently seeking a dynamic Talent Branding Specialist. You will play a crucial role in shaping our company's employer brand, ensuring that we attract and retain top-tier talent. This position requires a combination of cutting-edge thinking, analytical skills, and a profound understanding of contemporary recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities
Create and implement our talent branding strategy, ensuring its alignment with our overall business objectives.




Collaborate closely with our recruitment and marketing teams to develop compelling content that positions our company as an employer of choice.
Analyze and provide reports on the effectiveness of our talent branding initiatives, offering data-driven recommendations for enhancement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employer branding, incorporating them into our strategy as applicable.
Run campaigns, walkin drives and events to promote hiring.
Conceptualise and create training video content and marketing video content.
