Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Python and Java.
• Develop and support telecom fault management solutions and event processing systems.
• Integrate applications with various telecom network elements using standard protocols.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications on Kubernetes, preferably Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Develop integrations with OSS/NMS platforms and third-party systems.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices.
Required Skills:
• Strong expertise in Python programming.
• Good programming knowledge in Java.
• Experience with IBM Netcool Probes and the Netcool suite.
• Experience in designing and developing microservices.
• Robust understanding of telecom fault management concepts and alarm/event processing.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes; Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) experience is preferred.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.




• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and enterprise application development.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience working with telecom protocols, including:
o CORBA
o SNMP
o REST APIs
o ASCII-based interfaces
• Good understanding of telecom OSS/NMS integrations.
• Experience integrating with network elements and EMS/NMS platforms from multiple telecom vendors, including:
o Ericsson
o Nokia
o Huawei
o ZTE
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of event correlation, alarm normalization, and fault management workflows.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
