About the Role
AdmitRoutes is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive online admissions. The ideal candidate should have experience in education sales or online admissions, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about converting leads into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
Counsel leads on suitable online undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional programs based on their educational background and career goals.




Convert assigned leads into successful admissions by understanding student requirements and addressing their queries.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates to maximize conversions.
Guide applicants throughout the complete admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience for students.
Stay updated with university offerings, admission criteria, and market trends.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and counselling abilities.
Passion for sales and achieving targets.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and result-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced and target-driven environment.
Good knowledge of CRM tools and basic computer applications.
