QA/QC Engineer (Civil) is responsible for ensuring that all civil construction activities for the Data Centre project comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, client requirements, and applicable codes. The role includes implementation of Quality Management Systems, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), quality procedures, and monitoring construction activities to achieve defect-free execution. The engineer shall conduct inspections for excavation, reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, structural elements, waterproofing, finishing works, and infrastructure works. Responsibilities include reviewing material submittals, conducting material inspections, coordinating laboratory testing, maintaining quality records, preparing MIRs, WIRs, RFIs, NCRs, and quality reports, and ensuring timely closure of non-conformances.



The engineer will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors during inspections and audits while ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements. Experience in data centre construction, mission-critical facilities, or industrial projects is preferred. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, concrete technology, civil inspection procedures, quality documentation, and root cause analysis. A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of relevant QA/QC experience is required. Robust communication, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for successful project delivery.
