Role Description The Dpmt role at Shreeji International Industries is a full-time, in office position based in Lucknow.



The role involves overseeing daily departmental operations related to plastic product manufacturing, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to meet quality and delivery targets. The individual will monitor workflow, support process improvements, and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards on the shop floor. They will collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to resolve operational issues, optimize resource utilization, and maintain accurate documentation and reports. The role also includes supporting team training, maintaining communication with management, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
