Assist in tax-productive structuring of mergers, demergers, and other transactions, including evaluation of tax, regulatory, and commercial implicatio

Support end-to-end execution of mergers and demergers, including drafting/review of schemes, preparation of applications, forms and annexures, managing regulatory filings,

Advise on FEMA regulations for inbound and outbound investments, including structuring of cross-border transactions, and manage related compliances (ODI, FCGPR, FCTRS, etc.), filings and liaison with RBI/authorized d

Lead and manage ongoing retainership engagements, ensuring timely delivery, client coordination and consistent quality of advisory

Build financial models, perform business valuations and assist in financial due diligence and transactio
n anlysis;
Prepare reports, presentations and ensure timely execution through effective coordination with
