About the Role
We are seeking an outcome-focused Implementation & AI QA Engineer who balances technical excellence with strategic client engagement. In this role, you won't just execute test scripts—you will act as a critical bridge between client expectations, AI-driven applications, and seamless platform performance. You will own the validation of Salesforce configurations, AI workflows including Agentforce/digital workers, and custom integrations to ensure high-quality, high-impact business outcomes.
You will work closely with clients, developers,
business analysts, architects, and implementation teams to understand business requirements, translate them into effective test strategies, identify risks, and ensure solutions deliver reliable and measurable business outcomes.
