Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Outbound Sales Executive – UAE/GCC | B2B SaaS at California Software (Calsoft Group). The role involves identifying and prospecting B2B leads in the UAE/GCC markets, conducting outbound calls, emails,



and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified opportunities for SaaS solutions. The Outbound Sales Executive will present product value propositions, run discovery conversations, and schedule demos for the sales team, maintaining accurate records in the CRM. Daily responsibilities include managing a structured outreach cadence, following up consistently, collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, and meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets. The role also requires continuous market research on target industries, competitors, and customer needs to improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications
Robust outbound B2B sales skills, including lead generation, cold calling, and email/LinkedIn outreach for SaaS products.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales sequencing tools to manage pipelines, track activities, and report on KPIs.
