Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wealth Manager role based in the Pune Division.



The Wealth Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of clients, with a focus on High Net Worth Individuals and affluent retail customers, by understanding their financial goals and designing tailored wealth management solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting financial assessments, recommending investment and insurance products, monitoring portfolio performance, and rebalancing strategies in line with market developments and client objectives. The role involves regular client meetings, preparation of investment proposals, coordination with internal research and product teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. The Wealth Manager is expected to build long-term relationships, drive current client acquisition, and contribute to overall business growth through proactive advisory and high-quality client service.
