ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:
To drive MSME business growth through external channels such as DSAs, connectors, brokers, and strategic partnerships, ensuring quality sourcing, portfolio growth, and profitability.
Achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement targets
Drive sourcing of MSME loans through channels (LAP, WC, Term Loans, Unsecured)
Ensure optimal product mix (secured/unsecured, LAP/WC) as per strategy
Build a solid distribution network across assigned geography
Maintain productivity and performance of DSAs/Channel Partners
Drive high-quality disbursements with focus on yield, fees, and cross-sell
Manage cost of acquisition (COA) and improve productivity per partner
Ensure seamless onboarding and engagement of channel partners




Maintain active relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and branch teams
Ensure faster approvals through effective coordination with Credit/Risk teams
Enhance customer experience through reduced turnaround time (TAT)
Identify and address customer needs through appropriate product offerings

Educational Qualifications:
MBA/ PGDM or equivalent / CA.

Experience:
4-7 years of Product Management/Secured Product Sales / Portfolio Monitoring / Credit Risk experience in Large Banks and SFBs.
