Our teams operate in dynamic, high-volume hiring environments—making impact where talent meets business velocity. Role & Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end bulk hiring cycles—from sourcing and screening to scheduling and closing—for 500+ monthly hires across pan-India locations.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate personas, and align on selection criteria for high-volume positions.
Manage candidate pipelines using ATS tools, ensuring 100% interview scheduling compliance and reducing time-to-fill by 30% YoY.
Conduct mass screening calls, coordinate walk-in drives, and manage onboarding logistics for large cohorts across multiple cities.
Ensure adherence to compliance,



documentation, and background verification protocols aligned with labor laws and client SLAs.
Track hiring metrics (offer acceptance rate, dropout rate, cost-per-hire) and report insights to leadership weekly.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

ATS (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
LinkedIn Recruiter
MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
Mass screening techniques
Interview coordination
Compliance documentation

Preferred

Experience with volume hiring (>500 hires/month)
Knowledge of Indian labor laws ( Shops & Establishments, Contract Labor Act)
Experience with walk-in drive management
