Job description-

Retail Ops – Facilities Maintenance
Enforce Pre-Dispatch Checks: Complete digital readiness checklists before assigning work orders, verifying parts availability, scope clarity, and store access to eliminate wasted trip charges.
Coordinate Vendor Work: Dispatch work orders to pre-approved contractors using the system's Service Matrix, tracking SLA arrival times and on-site repair progress.
Track Warranties & Protect Spend: Use the Power BI Warranty Dashboard to cross-reference parts against active manufacturer coverage, blocking unnecessary out-of-pocket spending.
Reconcile Invoices:



Verify completed work against original estimates and vendor contracts to auto-approve invoices within a 5% budget tolerance.
Monitor Energy Overrides: Utilize Building Management Systems (BMS) to identify stores with irregular energy spikes and coordinate remote schedule corrections before dispatching technicians.

SKILLS
Experience in Facilities Coordination, Dispatching, Work Order Management, in a multi-site retail workplace.
Hands-on experience with CMMS or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Tango).
Familiarity with facilities management concepts (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, vendor SLAs).
Experience with invoice review and basic data analysis (experience with Power BI is a plus).
Desired technology skills: HVAC, ServiceNow

Monitor & Triage Alerts: Monitor transaction queues (Appriss) 24/7 to flag suspicious cashier patterns, refund anomalies, and potential point-of-sale
