Role Description The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations for respiratory and sleep care medical equipment in the Chandigarh region. This full-time, on-site role includes managing a sales team, setting and tracking sales targets,



and developing strategies to increase market share and revenue. Daily responsibilities involve prospecting and visiting healthcare providers and distributors, presenting product solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership on pricing, promotional activities, and forecasting, while ensuring accurate reporting of sales performance and customer feedback. The role also requires coordinating training and product demonstrations, monitoring competitor activity, and supporting after-sales service to uphold Gurman Medical’s quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong experience in sales management, including target setting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
Proven ability in B2B sales, client relationship building, negotiation, and contract closure in healthcare or medical devices (preferred).
Knowledge of respirator
