Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and converting leads into long-term clients. In this full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, the Executive will conduct market research, engage prospective customers through calls, meetings, and presentations, and promote Onholidays’ travel services to corporate and individual clients.



Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, maintaining solid relationships, negotiating proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized travel solutions. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing sales reports, and contributing ideas to improve service offerings and market reach.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of Business and Account Management, including maintaining client relationships and managing ongoing engagements.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present services clearly and persuasively.
Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is highly beneficial.
