ABOUT TRENDY TRADERS ACADEMY
Trendy Traders Academy (TTA) is a fast-growing trading education company focused on helping students develop practical skills in Equity, Derivatives and Technical Analysis.
We are building a robust, premium brand in the trading education space and are looking for a hands-on Content & Social Media Lead to take ownership of our content across Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
This is not just a posting role.
We are looking for someone who can think of great content ideas, turn them into compelling content, coordinate execution and understand what is working.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Own and manage TTA's monthly content calendar across Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Come up with fresh, engaging and relevant content ideas for Reels, YouTube videos, carousels, stories, etc.
• Understand trends, formats,



hooks and audience behaviour and identify opportunities for TTA.
• Work closely with the Founder and Mentors to create educational, engaging and authority-building content.
• Develop strong hooks, content angles and scripts for short-form and long-form content.
• Coordinate shoots with the Founder, Mentors and Video Editor.
• Work closely with the Video Editor and other creative resources to ensure timely execution.
• Manage the complete content flow — Ideation → Scripting → Shoot → Editing → Publishing → Analysis.
• Build strong Founder-led and Mentor-led content.
• Create content around trading education, market insights, student journeys, testimonials, common mistakes, FAQs and trading psychology.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form pieces.
• Monitor content performance and identify what is working and what isn't.
• Continuously improve hooks, topics, formats, storytelling and retention.
