Role Description The Software Test Engineer Intern role at iTester Inc. is a full-time, onsite position offering a stipend of 10K per month. The intern will assist in executing test cases, performing manual and basic automated software testing, and documenting test results to support the development team. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing requirements, preparing test data, reproducing and logging defects, and collaborating with engineers to verify fixes. The intern will also participate in team meetings,



support continuous improvement of testing processes, and learn best practices in software quality assurance. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in a professional testing environment while contributing to real client projects.
Qualifications
Strong foundational skills in Software Testing, including Test Execution and understanding of Testing processes.
Ability to design, document, and maintain explicit and structured Test Cases for various software features.
Basic knowledge of Software Development concepts and lifecycle to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills for identifying, documenting, and tracking defects.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting test results and working with cross-functional teams.
