Role Description The SAP SuccessFactors & OpenText Consultant (3+ Year) role is a remote, contract position responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors and OpenText solutions for client organizations. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing processes,



and translating them into effective system configurations and integrations. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams, provide guidance on best practices, and support testing, documentation, and user training. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, optimizing master data management, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in line with client objectives and MindBrain standards.
