About the Role

This is a hands-on contract role bridging strategic research and execution. You will track emerging technology trends and build operational efficiencies using modern no-code automation platforms and AI agents.
Because the engagement is client-facing and US-anchored,



you will work an evening schedule in India that overlaps with the US Eastern morning. This is not occasional. It is the standard working pattern for the role.

Key Responsibilities

Tech Trend Scouting: Research, evaluate, and present insights on emerging technology trends, tools, and GenAI advancements that can improve business performance.

Workflow Design & Mapping: Analyze existing operational bottlenecks to map "As-Is" vs. "To-Be" business processes.

No-Code Development: Build, test, and deploy automated workflows, internal tools, and integrations using platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or Microsoft Power Automate.

AI Agent Deployment: Configure and connect AI agents, custom GPTs, and LLM APIs into daily workflows to multiply team productivity.

Monitoring & Optimization: Track the performance of deployed automations, troubleshooting API connections or logic breaks as they arise.
