About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing
SaaS organization. This entry-level role is ideal for an MBA graduate who is eager to build a
career in project management, client coordination, and cross-functional team collaboration.
You will support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring SaaS
implementation and delivery projects.

What you’ll be doing
• Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities.
• Support day-to-day project operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing
project documentation, and maintaining project trackers.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Support, etc.) to ensure
timely delivery of tasks.
• Help manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, project reports, and client updates.
• Gather and analyze project-related data for reporting and decision-making.




• Ensure all project documentation is organized, up-to-date, and aligned with internal
standards.
• Assist in onboarding and implementation activities for SaaS customers.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.

What we expect from you
• Fresher to 1 Year of Experience. MBA (Any specialization; preferred: Operations, IT, Business Analytics, or Project Management).
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of SaaS products, cloud technologies, or software
implementation (added advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project
management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
