Role Description The Junior Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position supports senior account and project teams in managing client relationships, coordinating project requirements, and tracking deliverables across commercial, residential, and industrial interior projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with proposals and presentations, preparing basic project documentation, and following up with clients, vendors, and internal teams to keep timelines and budgets on track. The role involves maintaining organized records, updating reports, and supporting billing and contract administration under the guidance of senior colleagues. The Junior Account Executive is expected to collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and procurement teams to ensure clear communication and smooth execution of client commitments.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Accounts Associate with 0 to 1 year of experience to handle day-to-day accounting operations and support annual account closing procedures.
Key Responsibilities




Day-to-Day Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Record daily financial transactions and post accurate journal entries into the accounting books.
Maintain and update the General Ledger (GL) to ensure all accounts are current and properly classified.
Perform routine bank, cash, and credit card account reconciliations.
Month-End & Year-End Account Closings:
Assist in executing month-end and year-end closing tasks, including posting adjusting entries, prepayments, and accruals.
Prepare and verify trial balances, ensuring debits and credits match perfectly prior to final account compilation.
Reconcile sub-ledger balances against general ledger control accounts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master’s in Commerce (M.Com).
Aspirants, or Partly Qualified ACCA students are strongly encouraged to apply.
